1 Hour Biscuits, Baked Huevos Rancheros, Cinnamon Raisin Coffee Cake
a Fathers Day Breakfast for the ages
To anyone out there with conflicting emotions surrounding Father’s Day, know that you can enjoy this meal on any weekend and share it with anyone.
This weekend is my first Father’s Day as a dad, and 3rd without my dad. I’ve been incredibly overjoyed by the arrival of my son, his health, and my wife’s health and recovery. It is such a blessing, as birth and postpartum are no joke.
Although days are blending together right now (he’s already over a month old!), It’s still important for me to make sure I’m experimenting with new recipes to share with you and also to actually eat. Remember that the purpose of sharing recipes with you through this newsletter is because I want you to actually make these recipes without worrying about having specialized skillsets or large chunks of time over various days to make a recipe.
