Artisan Bryan Goods #1: My first flour mix is now available...

And you are hearing about it first, before anyone else!

As I mentioned a few months ago when you joined here, I was going to be launching my own line of flour blends (and other things!) and you will have the first rights on ordering yours before it is announced publicly to my followers.

I’m so excited to share with you this morning that the Pan y Dulce Heritage Wheat Bread Flour Blend is now available for you to order! This is a limited edition run to celebrate my book Pan y Dulce, and when it’s sold out, it’s gone.

I’ve worked closely with Sunrise Flour Mill for the past few months carefully crafting a blend of Heritage Wheat Flour that I find to be absolutely perfect for baking a wide variety of things. If you’re making breads or pan dulces from my book Pan y Dulce, simply use this flour in place of any of the called for flours and it will work wonders. I can’t wait for y’all to enjoy baking with this. We have several new products and baking mixes coming to you very soon, so make sure you stay tuned.
