Hi! I’m Bryan, also known as Artisan Bryan. I wrote the cookbooks New World Sourdough and Pan y Dulce: The Latin American Baking Book. If you watch TV, you may have seen my show Baked In Tradition on HBO Max that I host, or Netflix’s Blue Ribbon Baking Championship where I judge. I’ve also spent 10 years as a professional baker in New Orleans, Miami and New York City.

I wanted to create a space where baking does not need to feel like a complex math problem where you need specialized skills and days upon days worth of time to make something. I wanted to make Baking Simplified, where every Saturday morning you receive 3 baking recipes that can each be done within an hour. There will also be monthly live workshops with me.
