Thankfully for this thing called the internet, we can still celebrate baking together in the form of live workshops. That brings me to the next topic: live workshops and live pizza parties!
You may already know that paid subscribers get access to my live technical recipe workshops. These are fun, in-depth workshops where you can ask questions about certain recipes and watch me demo them for you.
However, I want to bring a new idea to you: Live Pizza Fridays! I’ll be setup with my family on Friday evenings cooking pizza live and I’d love for y’all to join me while doing the same. There will be a recipe/menu published earlier in the week so that you can get your ingredients and make the same things I’m making. This will be available to ALL SUBSCRIBERS and will likely start in April (i’ll be traveling quite a bit later this month).
Earlier this month, we had an incredible time with our last technical workshop for paid subscribers. These are going to increase in frequency, but I want to optimize them and build a consistent schedule for them (and you) so that we can streamline your learning. I know that some of you mentioned weeknights would be better, and some of you mentioned weekends would be better. I will leave it to my paid subscribers to answer: which days work best for live technical workshops? These will likely become weekly, but standby for that as I am about to have some extensive travel at the backend of this month and into April.
I can’t wait to get your feedback on this so we can build up a nice consistent schedule and bake lots of incredible stuff together.
Well, it is the weekend so in closing I’d love to share with you some of the new recipes on my blog that are perfect for weekend baking:
Not Sourdough Chocolate Chip Cookies - Ready in roughly 30 minutes or less, you can’t go wrong with a not pretentious, not sourdough, old school, super chocolatey cookie.
The Best Garlic Knots Ever - I can’t stress this enough…these truly do yield some of the best garlic knots i’ve ever had. They are super funky, super flavorful, soft, and tender.
Chocolate Brioche - You can skip adding the sourdough starter if you want, but either way this is ready in half a day and is more chocolatey, buttery goodness for you to enjoy.
Have a beautiful weekend everyone! Make sure you tag me @artisanbryan if you end up making anything delicious.
Congrats on the pop-up !!!
Already got tix for now serving - gonna be 🔥
